The project is consisting of four towers on two podiums.

The project has Two podiums in four different plots which considered as two buildings as below:

Building Number 1 (Misk 1 & 2), on PLOT 1, 2 - consists of:

  • Basement floor - One Underground Parking Floor

  •  Ground floor- Commercial and parking floor

  • Two Residential Towers - (Nine (9)  Residential floors + Roof)

Building Number 2 (Misk 3 & 42), on PLOT 3, 4 - consists of:

  • Basement floor - One Underground Parking Floor

  •  Ground floor- Commercial and parking floor

  • Two Residential Towers - (Nine (9)  Residential floors + Roof)

BIM Road. Team Starting From 2011 a  Significant Lead, Manage, participate (and/or) produce the following Projects
